Parish Imaging accepts most major commercial insurances! We have agreements with most major HMO and PPOs in Louisiana. We also accept LA Medicare and LA Medicaid, Worker’s Compensation and legal/personal injury referrals. For more information, call (504) 309-4262. For participating Insurance plans, please follow the guidelines of your insurance plan in obtaining appropriate referrals and pre-authorizations prior to scheduling your appointment.
